1. Acceptance of terms

By using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use this app. You are responsible for ensuring you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and clubs

  • Each user is responsible for activity on their account.
  • Clubs are private by default.
  • You control who you invite into your clubs.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
  • Post unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Misuse the app or interfere with its operation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

  • Host and display your content within the app.
  • Use it to operate, improve, and promote the service.
  • Create aggregated or anonymised insights (for example, average ratings).

This licence ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required by law.

6. Alcohol responsibility

This app is intended for responsible enjoyment of wine. We do not promote excessive consumption. Please drink responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.

7. Subscriptions and payments (future)

Some features may become paid in future. If introduced:

  • Pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe).
  • Additional terms may apply.

8. Intellectual property

The app, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Another Wine Pty Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The app is provided “as is”.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our liability is limited as required under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
